Water Colour workshop
A two days workshop was organised by Water Colour Society India(W.S.I) on December 5 and 6, 2017, at Anitoons, Malviya Nagar. The workshop was attended by the Art teacher Ms. Mini Chopra of The Modern School ECNCR.
It was a great learning experience as the renowned watercolour master Mr. Atanur Dogan (I.W.S President and Founder) shared his valuable experience and nuances of visual art.
The workshop aimed at providing an enriching experience and knowledge regarding all the details and nitty gritties of colours. Simple yet effective detailing about the effects of cool and warm colours and how their correct usage can actually change the whole outlook of a piece of art, were discussed in detail by the maestro.
The insights on his journey as an artist and a renowned water colourist were a learning experience in itself. As the workshop culminated, he emphasized on the fact that each artwork is the interpretation of the artist himself. Each painting becomes a piece of art with the originality, vision and correct use of colours.
The workshop was a great learning and enriching experience.
