The Modern School ECNCR organised an industrial visit for the students of class S2 to Yakult Danone, Sonepat plant on October 28, 2017. Brief introduction about the company, its origin, its current position and various divisions were shared with the students. As the leading industry in probiotic, Yakult has formidable product technologies. During the industry tour, the students had the privilege to witness the different stages of processing from ingredients, sterilization, fermentation, blending, infection moulding, scrambling, sealing to packaging. The storage system and automatic control process were demonstrated in detail to enhance the learning and understanding of the students.

The students got the distinguished opportunity to familiarize and enrich themselves with the industry environment and the knowledge provided regarding the latest technology and processing pattern used by Yakult during the visit.
