In order to appreciate mother nature and understand the diversity of wildlife in India, The Modern School, ECNCR organized a virtual tour for the students of class P3 on September 26, 2020 to Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and Jim Corbett National Park.

The unique tour began with a virtual safari ride into the Jim Corbett National Park with a mesmerising view of the lush green grasslands followed by the blossoming Mahua, Kusum and Bali flowers that adorned the jungle with their bright colours. The students were overwhelmed with the view of the wild animals like Asian Elephant, Chital, Gharial, deer etc. It was followed by a virtual tour to the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary and the serenity of this park made the students more enthusiastic and keener to learn about the diverse wildlife there. The students observed a variety of birds like the Pelicans, the Siberian Cranes, Arctic Tern, European Turtle Dove etc. The students had a great learning experience during the tour and they will always have lasting memories of the same.
