The city of Delhi has a flawless blend of the modern and the ancient architecture. The Modern School, ECNCR organised a virtual excursion - Delhi Darshan for the students of class P3 on August 28,2020. The students had a virtual tour of the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the official residence of the President of India. They were mesmerised by the scenic beauty of the Mughal Gardens. The other destinations which they visited were Qutub Minar, India Gate, Rajghat and Red Fort etc. The students were really excited and enthusiastic to learn about these historical places. The visit to the Rail Museum gave the students an opportunity to learn about the different kinds of rail engines. The objective of the tour was to enable the students to learn and explore the famous places in Delhi. The Waste to Wonder Theme Park in Delhi was like an icing on the cake. The students were bowled over by the dummies of the wonders of the world made from scrap. The students had a wonderful time during the excursion.
