On August 31, 2023, the school Principal , Mr. Rajiv. K.Shrivastava and Ms. Kanika Khattar, Head , Admissions, career counselling and parent outreach, from the school visited Shiv Nadar University, Noida as part of an educational exploration. The purpose of the visit was to gain insights into the facilities, academic programmes, and overall learning environment at the university.

The campus, built in 286 acres, was impressive, featuring modern architecture, well-maintained green spaces, and state-of-the-art facilities. The  tour included visits to various departments, libraries, laboratories, and recreational areas. It was evident that the university prioritizes creating a conducive learning environment for its students.

During the visit, they met Dr. Ananya Mukherjee , Vice-Chancellor, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence and faculty members from different departments who provided detailed information about the academic programmes offered at the university. They highlighted the diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses available, along with the university’s emphasis on research and innovation. The Principal engaged in meaningful discussions with university officials regarding potential collaboration opportunities between The Modern school and Shiv Nadar University.

The visit  was both informative and inspiring as it deepened our understanding of higher education possibilities and also opened up avenues for potential collaboration.
