The students of class S7 visited the Parliament House on October 31, 2023 to celebrate the occasion of ‘Unity Day’ on the birth anniversary of independent India’s first Deputy and Home Minister, Sardar Vallabhai Patel.
The students were given a tour of the new parliament and then to the old parliament where they were asked to sit in the Lok Sabha. They witnessed the address of the General Speaker of the Lok Sabha, Mr. Om Birla, which was followed by a number of speeches by students from various schools and colleges who shared their experiences of visiting and knowing about the proceedings of the Lok Sabha. At the culmination of the ceremony, the students took a pledge for being united and  to be a true Indian.  
This educational endeavour not only broadened their horizons but also inspired them to become future leaders actively engaged in civic life.
