P1-P2 Inter Class Yoga

Students in Classes P1 and P2 participated in a successful inter-class yoga exercise on July 16, 2025.  The goal of the exercise was to encourage young students' mental and physical health.  In order to improve their flexibility, balance, and coordination, students eagerly engaged in a variety of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation methods.  In addition to teaching students about the advantages of yoga, the activity promoted self-awareness and discipline.  All things considered, the event was a huge success, giving students an enjoyable and interesting opportunity to learn yoga and advance their general wellbeing.
