To encourage and inculcate scientific temper among the students The Modern School, ECNCR participated in the National CBSE Science Exhibition held at Suncity School, Gurugram, Haryana from January 16, 2020, to January 18 , 2020. Sauhard Sharma of class S6- A presented his model - Sound-based fire extinguisher, to save water at a large scale based on the principle of reducing the temperature of the flame source and eventually cutting off the oxygen supply around the flame saving water at a large scale.

The Model also aimed at saving the lives of our firefighters bearing high temperatures. The Model and efforts of the students were highly appreciated by the CBSE judges panel, referring to its future usability.
