The Modern School, ECNCR, Delhi represented by Sunandini Monga (S7 B), Nandini Singh (S7 B), Rishika Goyal (S4 A), Trisha Ghai (S4 A), Drishti Gupta (S4 A) and Dhruv Soni (S4 A) participated in the maiden Digital edition of Modern Public School Model United organised by Modern Public School, Shalimar Bagh on August 20 and 21, 2020.

The event highlighted the committees and agendas like United Nations General Assembly (UNGA-DISEC): Regulation of lethal autonomous weapons, United Nations Commission on the status of women (UNCSW): Entrepreneurship development of Women with special emphasis on CSR and so on.

Sunandini Monga was conferred with the Special Mention Award, the third highest award that is awarded on the prestigious MUN platforms. It was a great opportunity for the students as they explored their own abilities as well as knowledge as they expressed themselves confidently during the event.
