Life Skills workshop - Mindfulness

A life skill session on Mindfulness was held on May 3 and May 7 2024, for the students of classes 4 and 9.

 

It aimed to introduce mindfulness techniques to equip students with tools for resilience and clarity in handling life's challenges. Students found the session engaging and enriching. Through mindfulness practices, participants experienced a sense of serenity and calmness, motivating them to integrate mindfulness into their daily routines. It emphasised the benefits of mindfulness, including improved concentration, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

 

The session successfully inspired students to adopt mindfulness as a valuable life skill.
