The Modern School, ECNCR celebrated International Literacy day on September 18, 2020 with great enthusiasm. To celebrate the occasion, students of Vindhyachal House conducted a special online assembly. The purpose of the assembly was to sensitise the future generation about the importance of literacy in the overall development of our society and contributing in their own ways to spread it.

The assembly started with a prayer soulfully sung by Anya Goel of S4A. It was followed by a motivational thought by Abhinav Jain of S5B which highlighted the importance of literacy in bringing about a positive change.News for the day was presented by Dhruv Bansal of S3 B. It was followed by a talk presented by Sushant Negi of S4 A. He shared some valuable information to enlighten the students about the importance of this day.

The assembly was concluded with an energetic musical performance by Gavin Grover of S4B.
