Competitions provide a platform to develop confidence and enhance the speaking skills of the students for their all-round development. Debate Competitions extend the opportunity for the students to structure as well as organise their thoughts on a topic and express them confidently.

To enable the students to state their opinion and ideas in order to strengthen their language skills, an Inter House English Debate Competition was organised on August 25, 2021 for classes S1-S3 on the topic 'Unity in Diversity'. The participants expressed themselves with utmost zeal and vigour. Shourya Garg from Himachal House of class S3 and Nitya Prashar from Himachal House of class S1 were selected as the best speakers for 'for the motion' and 'against the motion' respectively. Gatik Goyal of Himachal House of class S3 bagged the Best Interjector award. A special appreciation award was bagged by Kimayra Arora of class S1 from Vindhyachal House for her outstanding oratory skills. The online competition concluded with the inspirational words of the Honourable Principal, Ms. Abha Sadana and the esteemed jury, who applauded the students for their commendable efforts and skills.
