The Modern School, ECNCR hosted the Installation ceremony of the new office bearers of Interact Club under the aegis of Parent Rotary Club of Delhi Restoring Smiles, RI District 3011 on July 26, 2019.

Rotarian Prashant Sehgal, District New Generations Chair, Rotarian Vipin Jain, President, Rotary Club of Delhi, Restoring Smiles, Mr. Madhur Jain, Secretary, Rotary Club of Delhi, Restoring Smiles ,Rotarian Gaurav Ahuja , Club Trainer,Rotary Club of Delhi, Restoring Smiles graced the programme with their presence.

The ceremony commenced with National anthem and the Secretary of Interact Club, Nishtha Gupta called the meeting to order followed by welcome of the guests and lamp lighting ceremony. The Principal, Ms. Abha Sadana welcomed the dignitaries and applauded the efforts of the club.

The outgoing President, Somya Jain thanked her team and highlighted the club’s achievements in all community and social service activities done in the past year.

The new President, Dhriti Garg unravelled the activity planner for the year 2019-20 and introduced the new office bearers.

The new appointees were invested with the pins by the renowned guests. The new board took the oath administered by Rotarian Prashant Sehgal, District New Generations Chair, who congratulated the office bearers and motivated them to give their best working for the betterment of the society.

Rotarian Vipin Jain, President, Rotary Club of Delhi, Restoring Smiles in his speech inspired the students to be more inclined towards serving the society for a better future.

The outgoing board of members were awarded with appreciation certificates and trophies for their contribution. Some of the members also shared their experience of working as interactors.

The event concluded with Vote of Thanks proposed by Teacher Advisor, Ms. Anita and the meeting was adjourned by the new President, Dhriti Garg.
