Students are visual learners and excursions help facilitate fast and efficient learning. An educational excursion to Yakult Factory was organised for the students of classes S2 on August 19, 2023.
The visit commenced with a brief presentation of the company by Ms. Divyanshi. It was explained how good bacteria and bad bacteria work in our body as well as how Yakult helps in multiplying good bacteria in the human body. The students visited the factory and observed various facility centres and departments where the students were given a detailed explanation of how Yakult is prepared. Students saw the state-of-the art automated manufacturing processes following strict quality control measures.
The visit was very informative, enriching; provided great learning experience to the students and also made the students realise the importance of healthy food.
