The students of classes S1 and S2 went for an industrial visit to Parle factory, Bahadurgarh on July 30, 2022. 

They were accompanied by a representative from Parle G for a  tour of the factory where they saw delectable Parle -G biscuits and wafers being prepared. They watched  the entire process of making the biscuits right from assembling all the ingredients till the final packaging of the finished product. The students were acquainted with the journey of Parle through a short video pertaining to the growth of the Parle Company from 1929 till today. The video explained the manufacturing of different Parle confectioneries and snacks such as ‘Hide and Seek’ biscuits and ‘Mango Bite’ candy. They were also excited to see Asia’s biggest baking machine. It was an informative and highly enlightening experience  as they realised the importance of how one’s vision can make such a huge difference to the world.

The importance of cleanliness of our environment was also highlighted through the trip.  The visit was made memorable as they brought back the take away gift hampers of biscuits and toffees.
