‘Learning how to spell words is one of the most useful lifelong skills and it builds the basic foundation that all children need throughout their education and life in general.’

The students of classes P 1 and P2 of The Modern School, ECNCR participated earnestly in Spell Bee (English & Hindi) held on October 28, 2020 through Zoom during online classes.

It comprised of different rounds viz dictation, identify the image and write the word and unjumble to form the correct word. The objective of the competition was to enhance the spelling and literary skills of children by encouraging them to explore the languages, expand their vocabulary and improve their communication and comprehension skills. The activity was enjoyed immensely by all the students and was a wonderful learning experience.
