The Modern School, ECNCR organised an educational trip to Ranthambore and Jaipur from October 2, 2019 - October 5, 2019 for classes S1- S6. The group of 44 students were excited to explore the new havens of magnificent forts and palaces.

On Day 1, the students visited the Ranthambore Fort, one of the Hill Forts of Rajasthan and also paid reverence to Lord Ganesha in the temple there. After this visit, the students indulged in some activities organised by the tour leader from Space Earthnauts, such as King’s Line, Amazing Race, Ram Raavan, Balloon Fight, etc. followed by an exciting DJ night.

On Day 2, after a hearty breakfast, the students began their journey to the Pink City and witnessed the rich culture and tradition, art and artefacts, and a liberal sprinkling of fascinating forts and palaces of Jaipur, like the City Palace, Jal Mahal, Amer Fort, etc. Upon entering the historical monuments, they were awestruck by their beauty. The grandeur of the monuments mesmerised them so much that they even bought souvenirs to take back home. Apart from the knowledge they gained about the rich state of Rajasthan, the students also took home hundreds of memories which they would cherish throughout their lifetime.

Hence, going from a metropolitan city to one painted with the colours of history and culture, the trip turned out to be quite insightful for the students. They returned home with smiles on their faces and a hope in their hearts to take such trips in the future as well.
