The Modern School, ECNCR organised an educational excursion for class P3 to a shopping mart on September 15, 2018.

The students were taken to Vishal Mega Mart and Reliance Fresh shopping mart. There they purchased various food items and categorised them as healthy and junk food. The students also learnt the value of money, wherein the topics Addition and Subtraction were also reinforced. Long queues of students who were busy in calculating the amount spent and saved was a sight to behold. They immensely enjoyed in choosing their own culinary items and also learned the important concepts of EVS and Mathematics.
