Educational Excursion on 'Wild life Sanctuaries and National parks' for class IV
A virtual excursion on Wildlife Sanctuaries and National parks was organized for students of class P4 on April 30, 2022.
Children were very excited to see the largest National park of the world- North-East Greenland National park in Denmark and the beautiful Jarong Bird park in Singapore . Information about various species and habitats of different animals and birds was disseminated through engaging videos. Famous National parks of India like Kaziranga National Park , Jim Corbett National park, Periyar Tiger Reserve and Kanha National park were also visited virtually.
The significance of these reserves and parks as a safe abode for all kinds of wild creatures was ascertained.
Students enjoyed the excursion as it enhanced their knowledge and widened their horizons.
