'Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful.'

Christmas is a festival of joy, sharing and giving. It is also celebrated to rejoice the birth of Jesus Christ. To commemorate the festive season of Christmas, students from classes Nursery to S7 celebrated the festival of spreading joy and compassion on December 23 and 24, 2021. 

The boundless joy of celebrating this festival was quite evident on the face of each child.

The celebrations commenced with special assemblies in all the wings followed by multifarious activities.

The students from the Pre Primary and Primary wings shared their thoughts and views about the festival,sang carols, danced  and presented 

 the story of the Birth of Jesus beautifully. A play was presented by P3-P5 students wherein they showcased the significance of the festival and inspired everyone to help and support needy people to spread the feeling of joy and happiness.

A skit was enacted by the senior students 'Dinner with Jesus' to highlight the significance of humanity , to teach that one should share the blessings received from God with fellow human beings. 

 It was followed by  messages from the Principal, Ms Abha Sadana and Headmistress, Ms. Rimpy Verma wherein they wished the students and inspired them to spread hope, positivity, joy and bliss this Christmas and New Year.

Nursery to P5 students wrote to Santa about their acts of know ndness and wishes asking for their favourite gifts. They decorated Christmas trees, played games and enjoyed non fire cooking preparing festive sweet dishes.

The students of classes S1-S3 indulged in 'Sparkle and Shine' activity and S4 to S7 students baked muffins and cakes thus revelling in the festivities.

 The celebration culminated with a promise from all modernites to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, forgive the guilty, welcome the unwanted and care for the ill.
