The career guidance cell FUTSTEPS of the school organised a session on ‘Understanding Skills and Attributes: A Career Planning focussed on exploration’ counselling ' on April 4, 2024.

The session's speaker was Mr.Jitin Chawla who has conducted over 28500 workshops and is currently guiding a strength of more than 1.5 million students.

The students of classes S5 & S6 attended the session and got insights into the diverse and promising career opportunities available in different streams. 

He also enumerated on the importance of undertaking various courses for students, online or offline that are easily available and are free of cost

Inspirational stories of individuals who started their careers in finance and several other industries and achieved significant successes were shared, demonstrating the potential for growth in this field.

It was followed by a dedicated Question & Answer round for students to seek clarification on any doubts or concerns they had about pursuing a career in the financial sector, also commenting on treasury, marketing and cryptocurrency.

The session left students with a new appreciation for the industry's potential. It also motivated them to consider pursuing courses and internships to embark on a rewarding career in the following.
