The Modern School, ECNCR in association with MINDLER, conducted a virtual webinar on a Career Counselling & Orientation for Psychometric Analysis for parents and students of classes S4 to S7 on January 21, 2022.

It is said that career decisions play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth and development of students. Knowing about various available career options help in the decision-making process.

The guest speaker, Mr Parikshit Dhanda, India's leading life coach; Director and Chief Career Coach, Mindler apprised the students in detail about various career options they can opt for; the significance of taking psychometric evaluation that paves the path in decision taking as well as how to set goals and achieve them.

He also emphasized that career decision is one of the most significant decisions in one's life and therefore, it must not be taken under parent's compulsion or peer pressure. He also motivated the students to discover, explore and follow their passion.

Numerous queries of the students as well teachers were answered satisfactorily by the speaker and many myths and doubts were cleared during the session.
