Students of Vindhyachal House conducted a special assembly on World Population Day on July 15, 2019.

The aim was to create awareness among students about the present status of the population all over the world; factors responsible for population explosion and its repercussion on the entire humanity.

Through interesting and informative PowerPoint presentation by Rudraksh Sachin Joshi and Garv Goel of S5 A, students were sensitized about the need to control population growth to save humanity. The presentation was followed by quiz conducted on the theme ‘World Population day’.

A mellifluous song was presented by Sheryl Malik of S2 B highlighting the impact of population growth and need to control it for a prosperous society.

The Principal, Ms. Abha Sadana addressed the students and urged them to understand the challenges associated with an ever-growing global society as well as encouraged them to serve humanity by sustainable development through judicious use of natural resources.
