On the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti, The Modern School ECNCR was bathed in the radiance of spirituality and devotion as it hosted a special assembly to commemorate the birth anniversary of the revered Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the illustrious founder of Sikhism. The solemn ceremony, held on 4 November 2025, was a reminder of the Guru's timeless teachings of peace, equality, and selfless service, which continue to inspire humanity to this day.

As the melodious strains of prayer and shabad kirtan filled the air, the atmosphere was transformed into a sacred sanctuary, transporting all present to a realm of spirituality and introspection. The celebration, replete with Prabhat Pheris, echoed the time-honoured traditions of the Sikh community, while also underscoring the universal values of love, compassion, and service that Guru Nanak Dev Ji embodied.

The assembly provided a unique opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds to come together and pay homage to the great Guru, whose message of unity and harmony continues to be a beacon of hope for a better world.
